Return policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
The consumer and/or user, as established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, will have a period of 14 calendar days counted from the date of receipt of the product for its return without incurring any cost except for the expenses related to the shipment that will be assumed by the consumer.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, new, with its original labels and packaging.
In the event that the product is defective, COR EQUESTRIAN will be responsible for resending the new product and in good condition, without the customer having to pay any additional cost.
In both cases, the consumer must communicate the intention to return in the email hello@cor-equestrian.com . This email must contain: order number, customer, telephone and contact email. In addition, if the product is defective or damaged, you must notify it in said email, providing evidence.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the return, informing you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If it is approved, we will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method that the customer made the purchase.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
You have 14 calendar days to request a change or return from the day you receive your order. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, so that it reaches our facilities.
If the change or return is not requested within 14 days or if it does not reach us within 20 days from when you received your order, it will be rejected and you will have to pay the shipping costs for us to send it to you again, or send it to your company transport, prior notice and authorization on our part.
To approve the return, we will check that the product(s) are in perfect condition, in their original box, unused, with no signs of use, odourless, unwashed and with their original labels.
HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE?
If you want to make a change, you will have to make a new order with the new thing you want, and request and make a return at the same time. As soon as the new order arrives, we will send it to you so that you can have it as soon as possible, and when the return of the first one arrives, we will process it and refund your money.
To ensure that you do not run out of the size or model you need, we recommend that you place the new order as soon as possible.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Thus, the transport costs derived from the change of garments will be borne by the client.
