During PROMOTIONS AND SALES, your order may have a longer delivery time than usual.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

The delivery of the order will be made to the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. In case the delivery cannot be made during, the package will be deposited in the agency until a new delivery date is agreed.
In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a consequence of the redirection of the package, the client will have to pay the amount of the shipping costs again so that we can re-send the package to his address. If you ask us to refund the money because you do not want to pay them again, the total amount will be credited to you on a gift card for the time the merchandise has been stopped.

From the moment the order is processed, the delivery times are as follows:
The delivery time is 24 – 72 hours (working days).
* This period does not include the possible extra period for customs control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs in mainland Spain, Andorra, Gibraltar and mainland Portugal will be free for orders over €150.
Shipments to Spain (peninsular), Gibraltar, Andorra and Portugal (peninsular): €5.99.
Balearic Islands: €10
